It is our intention to have regular Sunday morning Worship Services regardless of weather. Please use your discretion to assess your travel safety and do not take any undue risks to attend worship services.
Our Pastor and our Building Manager live in close proximity to the church so our doors will be open to those who can safely make their way to our church.In the rare event of a cancellation,notice will be posted on the home page of our website www.bellefield.org and also placed as a recording on our phone system at (412)687-3222 ext 10.
Will there be regular Sunday School Classes and childcare on bad weather days?
In cases of inclement weather, we may have a shortage of teachers or childcare providers.We will do our best to make alternate plans.Those plans will be posted at church in the Connections Center.
Who do I call if I was supposed to work/volunteer but can’t make it in?
No one who is scheduled to be involved in either the church service or discipleship classes is expected to risk his or her safety in order to fulfill a prior commitment.If you decide it is best for you to stay home based on the weather, please call your supervisor to let them know.
Weekday Morning Activities
Weekday morning events like PRISM, Women’s Bible Study & Mothers of Preschoolers decide based on the closing & delays schedule of the Pittsburgh Public Schools.If Pittsburgh Public Schools delay or close due to weather these weekday morning activities will be canceled.Please listen to your local TV and radio stations for the latest school closing information.
